RETURN POLICY

Returns

Returns must first be approved by our customer service team.

No returns on accessories & final sale items.

Customer is responsible for return shipping (with the exception of defective items). Pritique is not responsible for any shipping fees or lost/untraceable shipments. We recommend mailing your return using a carrier that offers tracking services.

Returns are accepted up to 14 days from delivery date - if the item is in the original condition with Pritique hang tag attached and has no sign of visible wear. All items must be new, unworn, unwashed, no visible signs of wear such as: makeup, deodorant stains, fragrances, etc.

Please contact hello@pritique.com with a snapshot of the product and packing slip that was included with your order and we will assist you as soon as possible. 

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy.
